Advanced Piano Solos with Lead Sheets

Place Settings is a collection of 11 advanced jazz to pop styles – described by the composer as ‘a personal expressions in a contemporary tonal style’. The composer has included lead sheets for each solo to assist with the development of improvisation and creativity. The titles reflect places which have interested or influenced Demmon. Titles include: Hymn, Sunnybrae, English Bay, Hairpin Blues, Turtle Valley, Monashee, Kitsilano, Backroad Bossa, Salmon River Samba, Rose Hill andLarch Hills. Ideal concert works, recital and festival material, as well as examination pieces.
