8 Intermediate/ Advanced Piano Solos

Shapes is a collection of eight piano pieces written as a theme and variations.The main theme is presented very simply as a single melody line. Each successive variation reflects upon the main theme using a different interval, ranging from a second up to an octave. This thematic transformation results in a spectrum of various styles, moods, and shapes! It is possible to perform each shape on its own, but to explore these transformations to their fullest, all eight movements should played successively without a break.
