Modern Mosaics

Modern Mosaics is a collection of 12 colourful piano pieces written with the modern pianist in mind. The selections feature classical, jazz and popular musical elements, and evoke a wide range of moods from serious to quirky to sentimental in nature.  These pieces incorporate the same technical challenges as the traditional repertoire—rhythm, articulation, tone quality, pedaling and phrasing. Each piece has a distinct character and would work well on recitals and other types of performances.
